PropDingo is a project operated by Akshat Patel in Australia. Contact: apate934@gmail.com. This notice covers the PropDingo website and its free property-research connection for ChatGPT or Claude.
What is sent when you use it
When ChatGPT or Claude calls PropDingo, it sends the property address and any question or selected research focus to our MCP service. The propdingo.vercel.app connection URL is routed through Vercel to the Cloudflare-hosted service. Those providers may receive request metadata such as an IP address and technical headers. An address can be personal information if it identifies or can be linked to a person; please do not include names, private documents or unnecessary personal details.
How the check works
PropDingo sends the address to Esri's geocoding service to match its location. It sends location coordinates to the Australian Bureau of Statistics and, where supported, public government map services for area, flood-planning, bushfire and heritage checks. Those services may receive technical request data. ChatGPT or Claude, not PropDingo, generates the conversational answer and may process your chat under its own provider's privacy terms. Your assistant may browse other sources if available; those searches are not performed or controlled by PropDingo's MCP server.
Storage and logs
PropDingo does not require an account, accept payments, or maintain a database of property reports or conversation histories. The site and MCP host, ChatGPT or Claude, Esri and data providers may keep operational, security or usage logs under their own policies and retention settings; we cannot promise that a query disappears from those systems immediately. If you email us, the email and information you choose to send are handled through our email provider and retained as needed to respond and manage the request.
Website visits and overseas processing
The website is hosted by Vercel and loads fonts from Google; the MCP service runs on Cloudflare. These providers may process technical data outside Australia. Esri, ChatGPT and Claude may also process data internationally. Please review their privacy notices if cross-border handling concerns you.
Your choices and questions
Use a less specific question if you do not want to send a full address. You can stop using the connector at any time and manage or remove it in ChatGPT or Claude. For questions, access or correction requests about data we control, contact apate934@gmail.com. For your chat conversation or provider-held logs, contact the relevant provider. We may update this page if the service or its data flow changes; the date above shows the current version.
