PropDingo is a free property-research connection for ChatGPT and Claude. You add it once, then ask about an Australian address in your chat.

Connection address

Use this address in either app’s custom connector setup. PropDingo does not require its own account.

Connecting in ChatGPT

1. Go to ChatGPT Plugins, choose +, then Add custom MCP server.
2. Call it PropDingo, paste the connection address above, choose No authentication, create it and install it.
3. Open a new Work chat, type @PropDingo, and ask about an address.

If you cannot see the custom-server option, your ChatGPT account or workspace may not allow it. PropDingo is not yet a searchable public directory listing. See OpenAI’s connection guide for current interface details.

Connecting in Claude

1. Go to Customize → Connectors, choose + Add, then Add custom connector.
2. Call it PropDingo, paste the connection address above, choose No sign in, and add it.
3. In a chat, use + → Connectors to enable PropDingo, then ask about an address.

Claude Free accounts currently allow one custom connector. See Claude’s connection guide if the menus differ.

Using a finding

Check that the matched address is right. The tool screens some public data at that point and provides source links; it is not a title, building or full-parcel search. If a result matters to a buying decision, check the original authority and get qualified advice.

For connection problems, wrong address matches, broken sources, safety concerns or data questions, email apate934@gmail.com. Include the issue, the date and (if useful) the public source link. You do not need to send your full property address or private documents. Never email passwords, financial details or identity documents.
